CONTRACT ACTION TEAM
The American Postal Workers Union will bargain with the postal management for a new contract from Feb. 19 until May 20, when the current contract expires. The contract will cover more than 200,000 workers. Our goal is to win a labor agreement that protects stable jobs and guarantees Americans their constitutional right to have good postal services, regardless of who they are, where they live, or how much money they have. Good Service, Good Jobs! We need your help. Please support the fight for better postal services and for a labor contract that is fair to postal workers. For more information, contact us at nccc@apwu.org or visit our website, at www.apwunccc.org. Read More...
The Voice of the Employee Is Now the Postal Pulse

“The APWU vehemently opposes Postal Pulse – and any other employee opinion survey – despite management notices that say otherwise,” said President Mark Dimondstein.  A Feb. 19 USPS announcement says the APWU, along with other unions and management associations, supports the goals of the program. A Feb. 26 News Break repeats the assertion.  The rest of the article can be viewed at the APWU.org Web News

The name has changed, but the intent has not.  Enter your unopened Postal Pulse survey and you will be put in a quarterly drawing for $50.
