Effective Date – 08/10/2024

Individuals awarded a bid pending qualification must contact the PEDC and BEGIN the required training on or before 08/10/2024. 

An employee who has scheduled leave of a week or longer [four (4) days during a holiday week] within the first twenty-eight (28) days, may at their option, begin training upon return from the scheduled leave.  It is requested that senior bidders pending qualification on a scheme CONTACT PEDC NO LATER THAN 48 hours in advance of the deferment start date in order to ensure that materials are available by that date.  Training materials will be prepared using the manual card method.

The individuals who are awarded a bid on the attached awards, pending qualification for a license, are required to provide their current state drivers license certification to the PEDC and complete a PS Form 2480 (Driving Record For Position That Require Driving) before 08/10/2024.

Failure to comply will result in losing your bid.

If no effective date is listed, documentation or qualification is required before final award is given.
